My wife and I decided to change jobs and move from Colorado to Washington the summer of 2020. We went house shopping with Renee and Tia. They first drove us around the entire south puget sound to give us a feel of the area. Then they interviewed my wife and I to figure out what we wanted, followed by setting up two days of house visits. At the end we found the perfect property. Their service did not end with that. Our new build required a lot of coordination and due to travel restrictions we were not able to visit our builder, so Renee took her cell phone, went to the visit with the builder and my wife and I were watching from Colorado while Renee was visiting with the design center. That was just one of the many ways Renee and Tia went above and beyond helping us find and design our dream home. We have now been in our house for 4 months and we will be forever grateful to Renee and Tia for their outstanding service.
